However, for the reasons stated in previous questions, I wouldn't strongly recommend it. I love the quick response time and how easy it is to put a maintenance request in through the app. The location is the best part of the community. The community itself really needs updates. Enso has 5 parks within 2.7 miles, including Trees Atlanta, Zoo Atlanta, and Trees Atlanta TreeHouse. If you enjoy walking, you’ll enjoy renting in this area!

This property has one bedroom to two bedrooms starting at $1,350/mo. The leasing agent was very clear about the rent and other bills included, which I appreciated. Being up front and honest about the financial aspect. In a great area and staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff is personable and makes every effort to be of help. The building is set up to foster both peaceful living as well as a community feel. Our pet-friendly community hosts an incredible array of amenities. Head outside to discover our BBQ and picnic area perfect for weekend gatherings. Just outside our grounds, our location affords easy access to some of San Jose’s best parks, dining, and shopping. The best location in Portland and best price per square foot in the area.

The amenities in our beautiful apartments will give you a feeling of luxury and comfort. Our apartments are equipped with stainless steel appliances, designer cabinets and ample walk-in closets. You will be just minutes from the Ponce City Market, a vibrant urban hub of eclectic stores, buildings and shopping.

The staff are incredibly nice, very professional and quick to respond to all needs. We have monthly community events, and now happy hour every week! The apartments themselves are very high quality, I haven't found any that beat it. As a senior citizen who downsized from years of home ownership, I love living at Enso.
Everything I could need is outside the front doors. My favorite workout studios are all within blocks which is ideal for me. The staff has been extremely accommodating. They made the leasing process a breeze and answered any questions I had.
Access to public transportation is excellent and easy access to major highways. Enso has been a satisfying living experience. I find the location very amenable to retail, restaurants, public transportation and other activities.

The process was very easy from start to finish. The knowledge, experience, communication, customer service and product that Enso provide are all exceptional. The Enso staff are what made building my new home such an effortless journey. Any interaction with the Enso staff have been pleasant. Management is nice and I haven't had any bad experiences. Enso has 5 parks within 1.3 miles, including Forest Park Conservancy, Lan Su Chinese Garden, and Director Park.
My car has gotten broken into more than once. Rightfully asking for more cameras to be installed or hiring more security and being told that this will make the price of rent increase is ridiculous. The staff, including maintenance, were great. The other residents were loud and some with pets did not take responsibility for cleaning up after them. We had a difficult time moving in, just due to paperwork, but the manager was very helpful in getting on the phone with us and sorting out our confusion.

Excellent public and private schools can be found around this urban neighborhood which boasts a family-friendly environment. Glenwood Park is the perfect mix between single-family homes, walkable streets, and modern apartment complexes above little shops in the commercial part of town. Elegant one bedroom design at the Enzo condos with spacious living space located on the 13th floor with stunning city views. Floor to ceiling windows let all the SE facing light in and a cozy patio to enjoy the sun. I moved in fairly recently and am impressed.
