I would recommend this apartment community as long as the property management would actively implement additional measures to ensure that car break-ins no longer happen.

You’ll love living in this neighborhood, which is considered a biker’s paradise. Beer abounds in Pearl – locals enjoy friendly conversations at 10 Barrel Brewing and Deschutes Brewery Portland Public House. Many green spaces make up this community, including Fields Park and its off-leash dog run. Jamison Square is a well-landscaped square with a large fountain near cozy cafes.
Enso is an apartment community located in Multnomah County and the ZIP Code. This area is served by the Portland School District 1j attendance zone. As far as the location and the stores available in the neighborhood, I would recommend it to others.

I read the reviews but told myself this place couldn't possibly be that bad and the old manager convinced me it would be better after all it's in the Pearl. The apartments themselves are nice but the location of this place is awful. For being a "secure" building I had BOTH MY CAR AND APARTMENT BROKEN INTO and the staff couldn't seem to care less.

It use to be a prestine property, but now it looks unkept and dated. Needless to say, for all of these reasons I didn not renew my lease and I am taking my money elsewhere. Access to public transportation is excellent and easy access to major highways. Enso has been a satisfying living experience. I find the location very amenable to retail, restaurants, public transportation and other activities.
